Sandra Albrecht (B) PB Stan Albrecht R(S), ePro In many ways, Stan and Sandra are true Renaissance people. They met when Stan was a pre-med student, and were married en route to medical school. When Stan became disillusioned with medicine, the pair left the mainland. Stan worked as a windsurf instructor, dive master and as sailboat crew while studying oceanography, film and architecture at the University of Hawaii. Sandra’s interests led her to explore the fields of mortgage loans and property management after a successful career managing engineers for an oil company. After two years they moved to Maui to open a business specializing in windsurfing, kayaking and vacation rentals. Their success in vacation rentals ignited a passion for real estate that has evolved through 20 years as Maui real estate professionals. From sales, marketing and property management to design and build; real estate captures their attention and spirit of adventure. They derive significant satisfaction helping their clients achieve their Maui real estate goals and desires. Satisfied clients join their expanding circle of friends with many becoming members of their extended Ohana (family) Stan & Sandra are committed to their community and participate in the Maui Humane Society, the Heritage Trail project, Maui Boat and Yacht club and Kihei Community Association. They are certified producers for Akaku Community TV, past presidents of their neighborhood association, support several charities and Sandra volunteers as a teaching assistant. Whether they’re helping their clients succeed or kitesurfing, sailing and ultralighting, Sandra and Stan give every ounce of their energy and enthusiasm to the task. It’s no surprise that paired together professionally; the two have become one of Maui’s premier real estate teams. These two Type “A” professionals deliver results for their appreciative clientele.

Sue Peterson
(B) BIC, ABR, GRI

Sue has been a professional in the Real Estate industry since 1978. She is a Real Estate Broker, Broker In Charge(BIC), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI).Following in her parents footsteps, Sue began her career in Northern California. When people ask Sue, “How long have you been in Real Estate?” her answer is always, “All of my life!”
Sue fell in love with Maui when she attended college here in 1969. She moved back to California after receiving her BA at Mauna Olu College on Maui. Sue became a “Working Realtor® Mom” and the whole time longing for the “Aloha Spirit” of Maui. Sue has now been living and working permanently on Maui for over 11 years.
The different micro-climates throughout the Island separate Maui apart from all of the other islands in the State of Hawaii. With warm sunshine and trade winds all year long, the most beautiful ocean and beaches in the world, the rainforests and waterfalls, verdant and friendly “Upcountry Maui” and our dormant volcano, Haleakala, makes our island “No Ka Oi!” (The Best!)

Todd Kelly began his Real Estate service career as a property manager after spending 8 years in the military and 11 years in the hospitality industry as a manager and cynosure of fine dining. The combined experience of commitment and service has given Todd the life he has asked for. As a resident of South Maui for over 7 years, he has developed a relationship with the South side of the” Valley Isle” that unifies its energy and opportunity. Bringing people together and making the lives better for those around him has been Todd’s mantra for most of his life.

Developing relationship links with every person that Todd has met allows for a unique personal touch that makes you feel like you have know him for a long time. Being a part of the Boy Scouts of America since he was a youth, helps in demonstrating his perseverance to knowledge, good faith and hard work.

While living, working, playing and raising a family with 2 boys Todd stays connected to the real reason that Maui has drawn him here which is, the undefined and breathtaking beauty that exists inside the land, people, properties and beaches that his family surrounds themselves with everyday.
